PNRR ERASMUS+ CORSO DI FORMAZIONE ELEMENTARY ENGLISH FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION AND NON-TEACHING STAFF

La dott.ssa Frascella, DSGA del nostro Istituto, ha seguito grazie al programma PNRR Erasmus+ il corso Elementary English for School Administration and Non-Teaching Staff. Ecco il suo resoconto.
During the period from 15/12/2025 to 20/12/2025, I took part in a mobility experience in Barcelona, where I attended a training course held in English and aimed at non-teaching staff. This mobility experience, made possible thanks to funding from the PNRR and the support of INDIRE, represented an important opportunity for professional growth.
Participation in the course also provided the opportunity to interact with people from different countries, fostering a valuable cultural and professional exchange. The constant use of the English language made it possible to consolidate and refresh language skills, improving communication abilities in an international context.
The main objective of the course was to enhance linguistic and communicative skills in international professional settings, as well as to develop abilities useful for collaboration and the exchange of good practices among European institutions. The training activities were conducted entirely in English and included lectures, group work, and moments of discussion among participants. The experience proved to be particularly significant from a professional perspective, as it allowed for the improvement of English language proficiency and greater confidence in using the language in the workplace. Furthermore, interaction with colleagues from different countries encouraged the exchange of experiences and methodologies, helping to broaden the perspective on one’s professional role within a European context.
From a personal and cultural point of view, the stay in Barcelona represented an important opportunity for growth. Gaining insight into the local context and interacting with a multicultural environment enriched the overall mobility experience.
In conclusion, participation in this training experience can be considered highly positive, as it contributed both to professional development and personal enrichment, providing skills and tools that can be effectively applied and enhanced within one’s professional context.
